The Bulgari jewelery company is expanding its fragrance product lines rapidly. The company has licensing contracts with Ferragamo Parfums and Ungaro Parfums, with whom it plans to release several new products in 1998 and 1999. A Bulgari women's fragrance will launch in October 1997. It is also developing a skin care line with Japanese manufacturer Kose. Fragrance sales which account for 14% of Bulgari's sales, grew 50% in the first half of 1997.
