Very early in her book, Karin Naumann quotes Ronald Reagan, who in 1991, speaking to a Swedish-American business club, expressed a simple wish: the next time he visited Switzerland, he wanted to spend a day in Stockholm. The inadvertency showed, once again, how closely the Great Communicator was in touch with the American spirit: the mix-up is a common one.
