Infinity Extends Risk Management Offering by Acquiring Diagram's Limit Manager

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., July 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Infinity(R) Financial Technology, Inc. (Nasdaq: INFN) and Paris-based Diagram S.A. today announced a technology acquisition agreement whereby Infinity has acquired exclusive rights to Diagram's Limit Manager. Infinity will provide on-going support of the technology.
