EAST LYME, Conn. Victor, beloved husband of Barbara Davis Pagano, passed away from heart failure at his home in East Lyme on March 16, 2009. Born in Albany, N.Y., he was the son of the late Victor and Esther Tilly Pagano, and son-in-law of Judy Davis and the late Bob Davis. Victor was a 1973 graduate of Vincentian Institute in Albany and later earned his B.A. at the College of Saint Rose.
