Triumph Group and Sextant Avionique Reach Agreement.

WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 3, 1997--Triumph Group Inc. (NYSE:TGI) and Sextant Avionique S.A. of Paris Thursday announced that Sextant Avionique's U.S. subsidiary, Sextant Avionique Inc. has agreed to acquire Triumph's Air Lab division, located in Seattle, for an undisclosed amount of cash.

Air Lab repairs and overhauls aviation instrumentation and controls. The acquisition is subject to necessary approvals.
