PUTNAM, CT Fulvia M. Vera de Duran, 89, of David Circle died Monday February 23, 2009 in Day Kimball Hospital. She was the loving wife of the late Alfredo Duran Vargas. Born in Mariquita, Tolima, Colombia, S. A. she was the daughter of the late Deogracias Vera and Delfina Murillo de Vera. She lived in Venezuela before moving to Putnam in 1973.
Mrs. Vera de Duran was the true matriarch of her family. Her greatest enjoyment was spending time with her great grandchildren, family and friends. She also enjoyed sewing and traveling.
