DALLAS, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The Julius Schepps Company announced today that it has sold its wine and spirits distribution operations to BG Distribution Partners, Ltd. of San Antonio. The Julius Schepps Company employs over 700 people and its operations cover the eastern half of the State of Texas. The Julius Schepps Company is the second largest wine and spirits distributor in Texas and the twelfth largest in the United States. The terms of the sale were not disclosed.
