The BankNote, a 405,000 s/f office and retail complex located in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx, recently began a new phase of renovations.
Scheduled for completion in 2009, the current construction phase includes renovating the parking lot; adding landscaping and new pedestrian walkways; and building new lobbies, installing a cooling tower, upgrading corridors, building new bathrooms, and modernizing elevators in the Lafayette and Barretto buildings.
