LONDON, Ontario, Canada--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 17, 1997--Two building products companies have formed a joint venture to produce and market a new lifetime roofing system, which is destined to revolutionize the residential roofing industry, according to the venture's principals.
The joint venture, named MetalWorks, was formed by SteelWorks, the Ontario-based firm which developed the new system, and CENTRIA, a Pennsylvania-based world leader in the manufacturing of metal wall and roof systems for the building industry.
