Penelope is cute, engaging, and a new mother. She is also very emaciated.
Feeding six babies was almost more than this homeless cat could handle. Her weight dropped to 5 pounds before she was rescued. Now she's gaining weight, waiting for an adoptive home and charming her caretakers at Hope for Life Rescue.
Penelope's kittens are old enough to be placed in adoptive homes as well, but in the meantime it takes a lot of money to care for them and the other homeless cats, dogs and ...
