The City Council will vote Monday on whether to spend $1.3 million for a piece of land that could be used for parking or future expansion of the museum.

SANTA ANA City leaders will decide on Monday whether to offer the Bowers Museum a $1.3 million gift, even as they cut millions of dollars from their own weakening budget.
