Forced to scrub the initial operational test and evaluation (IOT&E) of the Intelligence and Electronic Warfare Common Sensor (IEWCS) last summer, accused last fall by the General Accounting Office of prematurely committing IEWCS to low-rate initial production (LRIP), the US Army is hoping to recoup programmatic morale with a good showing at next month's Task Force XXI Advanced Warfighting Experiment.
