TUCSON, Ariz., April 4 /PRNewswire/ -- On April 3, 1997, Cronus Corporation (Nasdaq Bulletin Board: CRON), entered into a Reorganization Agreement with PetroSun Exploration and Production Inc., effective April 15, 1997, making PetroSun, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cronus Corporation.

PetroSun controls oil and gas reserves in Louisiana, Northern Arizona and Arkansas. Geologist, Gordon LeBlanc Jr., PetroSun's president, has been in the oil and gas industry for over 20 years and has agreed to remain as president with a mandate to bring these reserves into ...
