Veronica White named president of New York City Housing Partnership.

Robert R. Kiley, president of the New York City Partnership, has announced that Veronica M. White has been named president of that organization's subsidiary, the New York City Housing Partnership. White was a Deputy Commissioner at New York City's Department of Housing Preservation and Development.

The Housing Partnership was established in 1982 by the New York City Partnership to assist with two inter-related problems: a shortage of affordable housing, and the need for private investment in distressed neighborhoods.
