Apr. 1--After two decades of painfully slow progress, the Colorado Technological Center in Louisville is riding a wave of new development punctuated by two new filings with the city.

Two Boulder-based companies -- Knollwood Partners Limited, led by Chuck Bellock, and O'Connor Development Inc., led by Terry O'Connor -- have filed plans with the city of Louisville to replat or newly plat about 250 acres, more than half of the 402-acre tech center.
