One of Stacey Castor's longtime friends admitted in court Wednesday to falsely claiming she witnessed David Castor sign a will in 2003.
Lynn Pulaski told a jury she signed the document about a month after David Castor died in 2005.
"My only motivation in this was to try and help Stacey," Pulaski testified.
Pulaski's testimony is key to the charge alleging that Castor filed the phony will in 2005 knowing the witness signatures by Pulaski and Pulaski's husband were not valid.
