SDSU football fanatic turns fantasy into reality: STATS teams up with new La Jolla venture.(San Diego State football)

San Diego State sports fanatic Jamie Kiskis became a fixed presence on the Aztec message boards a few years ago with a questionnaire asking fans to predict how the football and basketball teams would do at the start of the season.

He maintained a spreadsheet of all participants and named winners at season's end.

"People loved it," said Kiskis, age 38.

Now, with the help of local entrepreneur Mark De Philippi, Kiskis is launching a fantasy sports Web site, On the Record Sports, scheduled to go live Dec. 15.
