Two multi-generational calendar manufacturers will be pairing up after Warwick Publishing (asi/95280) acquired The Winthrop-Atkins Company (asi/97570), a deal that was sealed before Christmas and became official yesterday. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. "Weve been competitors and friendly competitors over the years," says Warwick President Jim Paschal. "And weve known about each other all the way through. So it just made sense to combine down the road, and I knew at some point in time we would combine in one way or another."
