MCA records recently signed an exclusive worldwide licensing agreement with late musical great Jimi Hendrix's family over his $90 million catalog.

Experience Hendrix, the Hendrix family-owned company run by the late musician's father and legal heir, Al, entered into an 11-year licensing agreement with MCA, which is part of Edgar Bronfman's Seagram empire.

The Hendrix catalog will be released on MCA Records in conjunction with Experience Hendrix. ...
