Ericsson And Flextronics In Final Agreement About Karlskrona Manufacturing Unit.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 12, 1997--Ericsson Business Networks AB and Flextronics International Ltd. have signed the final contract and general purchase agreement regarding Ericsson's manufacturing unit in Karlskrona, Sweden. Effective March 31, 1997, Ericsson will sell and transfer its manufacturing activities at the Karlskrona production plants in Verk and Vedeby and the employment of 930 people related to these activities to Flextronics.
