SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 12, 1997--Flextronics International Ltd. and Ericsson Business Networks have signed the final contract and general purchase agreement regarding Ericsson's manufacturing unit in Karlskrona, Sweden.
Effective March 31, 1997, Ericsson will sell and transfer its manufacturing activities at the Karlskrona production plants in Verko and Vedeby and the employment of 930 people related to these activities to Flextronics.
At the same time, Flextronics is establishing a Swedish-based company in Karlskrona, Flextronics ...
