TAINAN, Taiwan -- Since the ban on direct links across the Taiwan Strait has been lifted on Dec. 15, Quemoy, also known as Kinmen, is undergoing political, economical, social, educational, cultural and environmental transformations. The National Cheng Kung University (NCKU) will launch a "Quemoy Summit Forum" with the aim to shoulder the responsibilities of building the future of Quemoy and invite leaders and experts, through the Forum platform, to discuss the pulse of Quemoy and to search for its sustainable future and opportunities with macroscopic as well as regional view ...
