Blatz began work at the tiny parish in 1992 among 50,000 Buddhist Cambodian refugees. Her church has a core of 10 families and about 100 worshippers. She works with two other ministers. Most of the community is traumatized because of atrocities committed by the Khmer Rouge against them.
