So you've decided your company needs a World Wide Web site. The next step is to create one. How do you determine if your company can create the site internally or if the project needs to be outsourced to a Web site design and development company? * Knowledgeable in HTML programming language

* Knowledgeable in C or C++ programming languages (for interactivity on the site)

* Proficient in graphic design and layout
