Snowboard Apparel Firm Considering Suit Against Bank One Colorado.(Originated from Daily Camera, Boulder, Colo.)

Jan. 20--The maker of Wave Rave snowboard apparel is not raving about its bank. In fact, it filed suit.

The lawsuit has since been dismissed after the defendant, Bank One Colorado, argued that it should not have been filed in U.S. District Court in Denver. But the lawsuit could still be filed in state court by Boulder-based Method Sport Inc., the maker of Wave Rave.
