SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Origen Financial, Inc. , a real estate investment trust that manages residual interests in securitized manufactured housing loan portfolios, today announced that it has notified the Nasdaq Stock Market of its intent to voluntarily delist its common stock from the Nasdaq Global Market, and that it intends to voluntarily deregister its common stock under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and cease filing reports with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC").
