               ACQUISITION OF SHARES IN CONNXION LIMITED ("CXN") 
 
Sonnet has signed a sale securities agreement ("the Agreement") with Trade Wind 
Communications Limited ("TWC") to acquire 26,000,000 shares in CXN from TWC in 
exchange for 33,500,000 shares in Sonnet ("the Sonnet Shares"), plus options to 
subscribe for 11,000,000 ordinary shares of Sonnet at a price of AUD$ 0.09 
exercisable until 30 June 2009. ...
