Hendrick Automotive Group founder Rick Hendrick and his brother, John, have been indicted on 15-counts of conspiracy, fraud and money laundering. Government prosecutors charged that Hendrick bribed former executives of American Honda Motor Co. in order to establish his nationwide retailing organization.
