Friesland transfers some business to Briceland.

The giant Dutch dairy cooperative Friesland Foods reports that it is transferring a substantial portion of the sales and marketing activities for ice cream and milkshake mixes in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany from its Friesland Foods Professional operating company to a newly formed company, Briceland BV.

Briceland, also based in The Netherlands, will fully focus on the sale, marketing and production of ice cream and milkshake mixes to small- and medium-sized businesses, allowing it to quickly respond to market developments in these sectors. Friesland Foods ...
