WALES' youngest full-time politician is planning to set up a "proto-Yes" campaign for the promised referendum on full lawmaking powers for the National Assembly, it emerged yesterday.
Bethan Jenkins, 26, a regional AM for South Wales West, has sent a letter to all backbench AMsand MPs, as well asWales' four Euro-MPs, asking them to join her in a cross-party working group.
