Tartaric acid, thymol slips on sluggish demand

New Delhi, Nov 11 (PTI) Tartaric acid and thymol prices slipped by Rs 10 each per kg in the national capital today on reduced off-take by consuming units amid adequate stock positions.

Tartaric acid and thymol prices fell by Rs 10 each to conclude at Rs 470 and Rs 520 per kg respectively.

Marketmen said adequate stocks amid reduced off-take by consuming units mainly pulled down tartaric acid and thymol prices on the wholesale chemical market here.
