Murmansk Commercial Seaport lowers cargo handling 1% in Jan-Oct
MURMANSK. Nov 10 (Interfax) - OJSC Murmansk Commercial Seaport (RTS: MSCP) in January-October handled 11,678,925 tonnes of cargo, the company said in a statement.
In the same period of 2007, the port handled 11,779,103 tonnes of cargo. Therefore, the port's handling dropped 0.99% in the first ten months of 2008.
In October, the port handled 1,343,117 tonnes of cargo, a 10% increase from the same period of 2007. Total export cargo increased 11.3% to 1,286,607 tonnes, ...
