Pres. Bill Clinton stressed that a stronger America can be achieved given more opportunity, responsibility and sense of community. He appealed to the people of Pontiac, MI, to give him the chance to complete what he had started. To do this, he proposed a balanced budget that will not sacrifice relevant issues such as education, environment and medical care.
