TOKYO, Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Sumisho Electronics Co., Ltd. of Tokyo signed a comprehensive, three-year distribution agreement with CADIS(R), Inc. to resell the Boulder, Colorado-based company's Krakatoa(TM) software product in Japan, CADIS announced today. Under the terms of the agreement, Sumisho will be the lead Japanese distributor for CADIS' Krakatoa content management and search software.
