BOCA RATON, Fla., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) today announced that it had completed the spin-off to Grace's common shareholders of a new company comprising its packaging and specialty chemicals businesses, and the combination of Grace's former health care subsidiary, National Medical Care, Inc. (NMC), with the worldwide dialysis business of Fresenius AG.
