WASHINGTON _ An enchanting bit of life along the Seine has come to the banks of the Potomac _ in the form of a very special exhibition.
Marking the culmination of a yearlong celebration honoring the 75th anniversary of the Phillips Collection, the museum recently unveiled a display surveying the inspiration that the famed French waterway once provided for a select group of artists.
