Construction of new Implanter funded by Motorola
Ibis Technology Corporation (NASDAQ:IBIS), the leading supplier of SIMOX (Separation by Implantation of Oxygen) wafers to semiconductor manufacturers, today announced that a second Ibis 1000 SIMOX implanter has been qualified and placed into production, substantially expanding the Company's capacity to manufacture commercial SIMOX wafers.
