HOLLYWOOD - The record company based in Tinseltown's most visible and enduring landmark - the cylindrical Capitol Records Inc. headquarters highrise - will remain at the "stack-of-records" tower and undertake a multimillion-dollar expansion project.

The deal has been worked out under an agreement negotiated primarily with Mayor Richard Riordan's Economic Development Office. The pending agreement is expected to be inked within the next two to four weeks.
