Pres Bill Clinton thinks that the government has a responsibility in caring for Vietnam War veterans, including their affected children, who were unintentionally exposed to the Agent Orange defoliant. To answer said responsibility, the government will be providing disability benefits to veterans afflicted with prostate cancer and peripheral neuropathy caused by Agent Orange. Children with the spina bifida defect shall also be covered.
