DULUTH, Minn., Aug. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- The Benedictine Health System (BHS) and Health Dimensions, Inc. (HDI) reached agreement and a closing on Aug. 5 to form Benedictine Health Dimensions, a new concept in the management and development of post-acute, long term care and assisted living/congregate care housing programs.
