LexisNexis (New York), through its LexisNexis Butter-worths India (New Delhi) division, has acquired Wadhwa Nagpur (New Delhi), one of India's leading provider of legal information. No terms of the deal were given.

Wadhwa Nagpur offers a range of products in the areas of legal, tax and regulatory affairs, including journals, books and CDs.
