EMCOR Group, Inc. has announced that its EMCOR Government Services unit was awarded a contract by the U.S. General Services Administration in Boston that commenced August 1, 2008 to provide full building management services at the John Joseph Moakley United States Courthouse in Boston, MA. The contract, which is for an initial period of one year with options to extend for eight successive one-year periods, would have a total value to EMCOR Government Services of more than $20 million.
