Sep. 23--SUNBURY -- The county's beleaguered Industrial Development Agency (IDA) went on the offensive Monday, responding to recent criticism from Commissioner Vinny Clausi.

But even as the IDA board tried to clarify comments made to the press by Clausi, the freshman commissioner continued his campaign to secure the resignations of the IDA members. And this time, Clausi was joined by Chairman Frank Sawicki.
