Oracle Counting On Low-Cost 'NC' To Drive Demand For New Oracle7-Based Server Software

Oracle Corp. last week introduced new database software and demonstrated a prototype of the company's low-cost, bare bones network computer. So far Oracle and Sun Microsystems are the only big players to have demonstrated prototypes of the much talked about Internet access devices, or NCs.
