ARIA - making changes for the better. (American Risk and Insurance Association)(Transcript)

American Risk and Insurance Assn. Pres. Norma L. Nielson says that much has changed in the association since she became a member in 1976. Attributing some of these changes to the evolution of insurance and higher learning institutions, Nielson says that the association will have to learn how to adapt to these changes if it is to survived. She adds that electronic messaging will be increasingly used to deliver information and provide service to members. Lastly, she says that she will do her utmost to publish a long-delayed journal for members.
