Hanoi, September 15 (VNA) -- A delegation of Hanoi, led by Pham Quang Nghi, Politburo member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of Hanoi Party Committee, on Sept. 15 began a three-day working visit to the Vientiane capital of Laos to promote the two capital cities' friendship and cooperation.
The Hanoi officials on the same day held talks with a high-level delegation of Vientiane , led by Sombath Yialiheu, member of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party Central Committee and Secretary of Vientiane's Party Committee.
