College graduates are advised to deliberate over multiple job offers before accepting. They should consider factors such as the nature of the job and the type of organization that the company has to ensure they they will be most productive and gain optimum benefits and career advancement opportunities from the job. The job offer should also be evaluated in the light of the applicant's skills, work attitudes, interests and beliefs.
