Perseus Realty Partners, manager of PRP II, L.P., a diversified middle market real estate opportunity fund, announced it will develop Interstate Center II, a large bay warehouse facility located 20 miles outside the port of Savannah, Ga., in joint venture with TPA Realty Services and Resource Real Estate Partners. The development will be PRP II's second investment in just two months.
