South Lincs Riding Club held their first show of the year at the recently re-opened Laughton Manor Equestrian Centre, near Folkingham.
Club member Shanice Butterwick had a rewarding day with Danny Boy, taking home nine rosettes, including specials for Best Coloured and Best Cob.
The facilities proved ideal with the Minimus and Showjumping classes taking place in the indoor arena, and the Ridden and In-hand Showing classes in the outdoor arena.
A particular highlight was the Pairs Show Jumping class, mixing competitive spirit with fun and the spectators were encouraged ...
