EATONTOWN, N.J., June 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Manhattan Bagel Company, Inc. (Nasdaq-NNM: BGLS) today announced that it has completed a transaction under which it added 23 Bagel Brothers stores (including two under development) in the Buffalo and Cleveland markets to its franchise network. The transaction increased the number of franchised and company-owned Manhattan Bagel stores in operation to 247, including 17 in western New York and 12 in Ohio.
